Who or What is Sinosure?

Founded in 2001 and formally known as China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, Sinosure is a state-owned export credit agency in China. Sinosure is headquartered in Beijing with branch offices in major cities across China with a global network of over 60 partners in more than 40 countries and regions.

Sinosure's financing products include export buyer's credit, export supplier's credit, and project finance. These products can help businesses obtain the financing they need to complete export transactions or overseas projects.

How does Sinosure Work?

When a Chinese supplier offers credit terms to a foreign buyer, they're taking on the risk that the buyer might not pay. Sinosure's credit insurance protects against this by stepping in and making the payment if the buyer doesn't.

This gives suppliers the confidence to offer credit terms, knowing that they're covered if there's a problem. And if there is a problem, Sinosure's team of debt collection lawyers gives them the best chance of getting their money back.

Sinosure Lawsuits & Litigation

Sinosure is very aggressive in its pursuit of debt outside of China.

When a Chinese supplier has a problem getting paid by a buyer in the United States, Sinosure will first hire Brown & Joseph, LLC, a debt collection agency located in Itasca, Ilinois, to try to collect the debt. The first point of contact will generally be Angela Keene, the Senior Collections Specialist from that office.

If the debt collection delayed or unsuccessful, Sinosure will transfer the case to The Leviton Law Firm for litigation. This shows that Sinosure is committed to making sure their clients get paid, even if it means taking the case to court.
